DVA - Department of Veterans Affairs
At Riverina Occupational Therapy, we are dedicated to helping veterans regain independence and improve daily living skills. Our experienced team of occupational therapists works closely with the Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) to provide personalised support tailored to your needs.
Understanding DVA Services
Our DVA services are designed to assist veterans in accessing the resources they need to live safely and independently. We offer support in various areas, including:
IN-HOME AND COMMUNITY SUPPORT
Our team will visit you at home or in the community to offer hands-on assistance.
AIDS AND EQUIPMENT
We help you acquire the necessary aids and equipment to regain independence and improve your daily living.
HOME MODIFICATIONS
We can recommend minor or significant modifications to ensure your home is safer and more accessible.
EMOTIONAL SUPPORT
Our compassionate team offers emotional support to help you stay safe, independent, and focused on achieving your goals.

Our Holistic Approach
We assess each person holistically—your environment, goals, and individual needs—to create a treatment plan that works for you.
