TOM ROSS
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
ALBURY-WODONGA & WAGGA WAGGA CLINIC
Tom is the heart of Riverina Occupational Therapy (OT), which he founded in 2019 to positively impact people's lives. After graduating from Occupational Therapy at Charles Sturt University in 2011, he has since spent his time developing his skills in disability and occupational rehabilitation. With extensive experience in complex home modifications and assistive technology assessments, Tom is dedicated to finding solutions that truly work for each individual.
Tom’s caring and friendly approach ensures that everyone feels understood and supported on their journey to greater independence and quality of life. With Tom and the Riverina Occupational Therapy team by your side, you're in caring, capable hands.
Albury-Wodonga Clinic
Amy Nagle
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
Amy is a local Albury resident who joined the Riverina Occupational Therapy team in 2020, graduating from Charles Sturt University in 2011, just like Tom. With extensive experience in both the public and private settings, she has developed a strong interest in upper limb therapy, supporting clients with progressive neurological disorders such as Parkinson’s, MND, and multiple sclerosis (MS). Amy’s expertise includes pressure care, home modifications, and prescribing hoists and wheelchairs.
Like Carl in our Wagga clinic, Amy is a hand therapist in training and is excited to use her extensive experience and clinical knowledge to assisting clients to maximise the functional use of their hands and upper limbs.
Shelley Friedlieb
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
Shelley completed her Occupational Therapy degree at Charles Sturt University in 2008 and joined the Riverina Occupational Therapy team in Albury in 2021. She is passionate about helping people achieve their occupational goals and has extensive experience in specialist assistive technology and home modifications, particularly in aged care and adult disability.
Shelley enjoys working with clients who have complex disabilities, focusing on specialised wheelchair seating and pressure injury prevention. Her dedication to personalised care makes a meaningful difference in the lives of those she supports.
Molly Fisher
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
Molly brings a wealth of experience to Riverina OT. She started her career with Queensland Government disability services before transitioning to support NDIS participants. Returning to Albury in 2019, Molly developed extensive experience in Housing and Living goals, particularly transitions to Supported Independent Living (SIL), Individualised Living Options (ILO) and Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA).
Passionate about enhancing the quality of life of her participants, Molly focuses on creating capable environments to reduce behaviours of concern. Molly is dedicated to empowering participants, helping them reach their full potential and lead meaningful, fulfilling lives.
Mitch Franklin
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
Meet Mitch, our resident hobby enthusiast. With a degree from Charles Sturt University and three years of experience in the NDIS sector, he is dedicated to empowering individuals to explore new interests, acquire new skills, and engage in meaningful activities. Mitch believes these experiences can significantly enhance the quality of life and overall wellbeing.
Mitch is also passionate about helping people navigate home modifications, assistive technology, and various housing and living options to achieve their desired outcomes.
Frances Ross
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
Frances is a dedicated occupational therapist with a strong commitment to regional healthcare. After earning her Bachelor of Health Science and Masters in Occupational Therapy from the University of Western Sydney in 2014, she returned to regional NSW to begin her career in occupational rehabilitation.
Since joining Riverina OT in 2021, Frances has worked across the Wagga and Albury-Wodonga clinics. She is passionate about supporting rural and remote communities, specialising in home modifications and equipment prescription to enhance independence and quality of life. Her expertise and compassion make her a valuable asset to our team and clients.
Amy Griffiths
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
& ACCREDITED HAND THERAPIST
Amy graduated from Deakin University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy. Following her graduation, she relocated to Albury Wodonga to embark on her career in hand therapy as a new graduate. Since then, she has completed extensive training as a hand therapist and in 2023 was awarded the title of accredited hand therapist by the Australian Hand Therapy Association.
To attain this accreditation, Amy has accumulated over 3,600 hours of clinical practice in hand therapy, participated in a 12-month mentorship program, and completed more than six advanced professional development courses, which included passing examinations and assignments.
Amy joined Riverina OT in 2024 as hand therapy team leader and is now involved with mentoring and training our junior hand therapists. Currently, she practices in both public and private settings and holds the position of senior hand therapist at the fracture clinic of Albury Hospital.
Eliza Howard
ALLIED HEALTH ASSISTANT
Eliza joined the Riverina OT team in 2024. Eliza is currently studying Occupational Therapy at CSU and is loving the ability to use her developing clinical knowledge from studies to assist clients in Albury-Wodonga with their therapy goals.

Julia Crouch
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
Julia graduated with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy from Charles Sturt University in 2021 and joined Riverina OT in 2023. As a dedicated occupational therapist, she is passionate about enhancing the lives of senior citizens. Julia specialises in developing strategies and supports that increase home safety, foster independence, and improve overall quality of life.
Being a local to Wagga Wagga, Julia is particularly eager to work with the adult community she knows so well. Her commitment to enhancing social participation and wellbeing makes her a valuable resource for those seeking compassionate and effective occupational therapy. Julia's skills and local insights empower her clients to thrive in their everyday lives.
Carl Woldseth
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
Carl joined our Wagga clinic in 2024 as a new graduate occupational therapist. Carl is a mature age graduate who has spent many years in a former life working in the construction industry across Australia. A workplace injury to his upper limb prompted a complete career change, resulting in Carl returning to university. This injury has been a catalyst for Carl developing an interest in hand and upper limb therapy.
Carl is currently completing a 12-month fellowship program through the AHTA to further his skills in hand and upper limb therapy.
